In this 4 day intensive workshop, learn the most commonly taught, highly marketable segments of the historic repertoire. Rebecca will teach each exercise the way she learned them in her primary teacher training program, run by Joe Pilates' protégé Romana Kryzanowska, only WITH the application of her alignment protocols and "safe spine teaching technique".
A prerequisite for attending is watching videos on her video site, www.vimeo.com/rebeccaleone, that contain the words "domes/doming", "elevator", "wagon wheel" and "safe spine teaching technique" in the title.
This course is appropriate for all Pilates devotees, not just teachers, and you must have a working knowledge of Pilates exercises in order to get the most out of the course. Registration:
