Subscriptions

Mat classes: 5er/10er subscription can be missed one time
Personal Training: Must be cancelled 24 hours in advance, otherwise the hour is charged in full
Duet: Both duet partners must cancel 24 hours in advance, otherwise the hour is charged in full.
Trio:   All partners must cancel 24 hours in advance, otherwise the hour is charged in full.

House rules

Clean Socks: wearing of socks in the studio is desirable for hygienic reasons.
For Mat classes, towels are recommended.

Insurance

Insurance is the responsibility of the client. Catherine Wiget, Pilates Studio, Zurich assumes no liability for injuries.

Loss of personal property and effects

Catherine Wiget, Pilates Studio, Zurich assumes no liability for loss of securities and valuables of all kinds.

Customer Data

The Client agrees that the service provider may collect relevant data about his/her health. This takes the form of a health questionnaire; the answers on the questionnaire must be answered at the request of the Pilates Studio Zurich.

Quality Recognition

The course is certified by QualiCert. QualiCert in Switzerland is responsible for the certification of fitness centers and leaders of health promotion courses. The recognition of the health insurance HELSANA QualiCert grant (including Progrès, KK57, sansan, avanex, Stoffel Mels and KluG). CONCORDIA including PKK and UNITAS), SWICA Wincare and CSS contributions to course fees.
